The beginning of the activity
The company began developing activities in 1996. The founders of the company had already been running a successful real estate agency operating in Kraków since 1989. After seven years they came to a conclusion that they would be capable of carrying out their own projects on the real estate market. This decision was right. Here are the effects of its implementation.

Obozna Street
The residential building situated in the centre of Kraków. It is distinguished by its unconventional architectural style. It consists of eighteen apartments. The apartments vary in size and each of them has been finished in accordance with its residents' tastes. The building has got underground garages designed for the residents of the building. It was one of the first buildings in this region of Kraków built out of ecological, technologically-advanced building materials (ceilings made of filigree slabs, etc.). The building was put into service in 1997.

"Emaus Residence " - 6 Emaus
Street
Residential building situated in Salwator district (20 apartments). It is located in the vicinity of the Norbertine nunnery and the St. Brinisława hill. From the upper floors of the building residents can enjoy a panoramic view of Kraków and, when the weather conditions are particularly favourable, they can even see the Tatry mountains. The building received luxurious finish - the façade was finished with high-quality sandstone, the inside was finished with marble and the significant part of the building is air-conditioned. The building is monitored twenty-four hours a day by the gate-house staff. The residents also enjoy well-equipped garages. The building was put into service in 1999 year. |

It is located in the vicinity of "Emaus Residence". It is also close to the highways leading to Warsaw, Katowice, Zakopane and to the local airport. The building is middle-sized, made up to high standards of quality, with air-conditioning. It is stylishly finished, façade made of sandstone, impressive glazed faces, finished with granite on the inside. The two-storeyed building with the total usable area of 910 m 2 , two garage stands and a parking lot for 50 cars. It was put into service in 2000 year. |

Residential, two-storeyed building with an attic and garages (24 apartments). It is situated in Ruczaj residential area, close to the Zakrzówek recreational area. The apartments vary in size and they were finished in accordance with tastes of the buyers. It was made of modern and ecological materials, like the building in Oboźna street. It was put into service in 2001 year. |
